1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation. For personalized items, shipments may be delayed by a few days (7 days maximum). Please allow additional days for shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

International: 8-12 business days

Standard: 4-8 business days

Express: 2-4 business days

Overnight: 1 business day

Shipping costs are automatically calculated, generated, and added to your total bill.

3. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to EU countries and the United States. For international shipments, customs clearance times may vary depending on the country.

4. Shipping confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sirany is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damage or loss during shipping

Sirany is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. We are committed to packaging your items securely to withstand the various bumps and bruises associated with shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details.
